As PVC plastisol is in liquid form, that allows to produces various articles by the dipping process.

Mould dipping is used to make the hollow body of the finished product, a process which is used to make disposable gloves, cover caps or for covering on substrate. Other applications include anti-cutting gloves, decorative covers and household articles. PVC medical gloves are also produced from mould dipping.

Viscosity control is the key for this process, which needs to be controlled in order to get consistent product qualities. Siamvic™ resin provides the different viscosity levels and characteristics, both of the Pseudoplasticity for protecting penetration thru fabric or anti-drip, and Dilatancy types that is good for very thin layer. mould dipping is used in our products to provide our customers with total dipping solutions.
