PVC calendering is a more complicated technique, requiring a hot mixer and a fusion machine like kneading to complete the gelling stage. This step is followed by feeding the PVC into the Calender rolls to be PVC sheet. Calendering sheet can be treated, either mechanically or chemically. This process can produce rigid sheets, soft sheets, PVC film, sponge sheets, artificial leather and others.

Siamvic 258RB and Siamvic 261RZ are suitable for rigid and semi-rigid calendering sheets, while Siamvic 266PS and Siamvic 271GC are recommended for soft and sponge sheets.

Siamvic 167GZ is recommended as blending resin to improve process-ability and also aspects of sheet especially flow mark.
