Siamvic 167GZ is an emulsion-based blending resin, designed to use in both hot melt process (Suspension PVC application) and plastisol application.
 
In Suspension PVC application or so-called hot melt process, Siamvic 167GZ can provide a processing aid effect, speed up the gelation of the melt. In addition, it also improves the melt strength for foam application thus improves the foaming properties. It can give a specific surface aesthetic, reduce flow marks on sheet, improve transparency, and improve the flowability of plasticized dry blends (added as last component). The key applications are included film and sheet, artificial leather, floor tiles, rigid profile, foam profile, hose, fitting, and valve.
 
In plastisol application, Siamvic 167GZ is designed to modify plastisol viscosity (Rheology) to improve coating process-ability by lowering the plastisol viscosity, eliminating the dilatancy of plastisol, and in addition, it allows to reduce or avoid the use of diluent or viscosity depressants. Moreover, Siamvic 167GZ will enhance the matte of the surface of finished product.
