The knife coating process is the main processing technique used for PVC plastisol. End products made from this technique are artificial leather, waterproof materials, tarpaulins and conveyor belts, as well as wall and floor coverings.

Our PVC paste resins provide various viscosity levels and K-values. Moreover, we take pride in being able to offer customers the products or process requirements of their choice.

Siamvic 367NA

Low K-value resin specially designed for good gelling, Low Viscosity paste resin with Newtonian Behavior, suitable for low plasticizer content formulation. It also provided good initial color, glossy surface and good cell structure foam.

•

Siamvic 367NK

:

Excellent for chemical foaming, with good foam resilience at medium to high expansion speed. It has a very fine cellular structure, very high whiteness and can be used for achieving high expansion ratios.

Siamvic 370HD

Medium K-value resin specially designed to be High viscosity with high pseudoplasticity level. Ideal for high plasticizer content with minimum thixotropic agent requirement. Outstanding thermal stability and UV-light resistance. Excellent adhesion on textiles and metals, and low fogging properties.

Siamvic 372LD

:

General-purpose paste resin, which is good for chemical foaming. Its high whiteness, good transparency and glossiness make it suitable for use in top compact layer coating. It provides a low viscosity, which can be used with a low plasticizer content, and has outstanding viscosity stability during plastisol storage.

Siamvic 167GZ

:

Emulsion blending resin that is used for viscosity or appearance modification.  It is used to reduce viscosity for a better surface finish. Moreover, compact layers can acquire a matte aspect with 167GZ.
