The injection can be process from PVC in both of granule form or powder form. The PVC is melted by heat in a barrel and is injected with very high pressure through an injection nozzle into a mould. The melted PVC is then cooled with holding pressure, before opening the mold for getting the article as the mold shape placed.

Injection products are varied, and can be either rigid or soft, compact or cellular, according to your choice.

As Siamvic 258RB has a lower K-value resin that allows an easier flow for rigid injection, this can be used in all kinds of fitting and other rigid parts.  Siamvic 261RZ, on the other hand, is recommended for semi-rigid products, while Siamvic 266PS is ideal for general soft injection applications, such as shoe soles, toys and automotive parts.  Siamvic 271GC is suitable for very soft products that contain a high quantity of plasticizer, such as electric plugs.
